Congratulations to our 2nd graders for collectively reading over 6 million words in the month of March! We recognized each class with a special award for their efforts!
Mrs. McEvoy- Most words read in the month of March
Ms. Graham- Most words read this school year
Mrs. Condon- First class to reach 1,000,000 words read this school year
Ms. Murphy- Most quizzes with 100%
Mrs. DeSantis- Tripled their reading for the month of March
Ms. Perry- Doubled their reading for the month of March
Ms. Gobiel- Most books read this school year

Please join us tonight for a fun evening of literacy from 5:30-7:00 at Winthrop's Children's Library for Title I night. Your child will be able to participate in a library scavenger hunt, an arts and crafts project, and will be able to get a library card and lanyard. The reading teachers will be there to answer any Title I questions you have. Light refreshments will be available. We hope to see you there!
