Survey
Strong schools are a foundation for a strong community. Communities that have better schools typically have better home values and employment prospects. Therefore, Winthrop Public Schools is looking at ways to better prepare our children for a highly competitive global society. One way to better help our students is to redesign the school day so that students have more opportunities to learn new things and partake in more activities.

As any changes to the school day affect our families and the broader community, we are very interested in your views. Your responses to the questions in this short survey will help as we make decisions about the school day. Thank you for your participation!

There will be an Athletic Sub Commitee meeting Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 5:00PM. The meeting will be held in the Superintendent's Office, Town Hall. Items on the agenda include end of the year budget, user fee collections 2012-2013, and coaches for 2012-2013. 
Transportation Sub Commitee Meeting

There will be a Transportation Sub Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 4:00PM. The meeting will be held in the Superintendent's Office, Town Hall. Items on the agenda include bus monitor, bus #3 discussion, and an update on maintenance account and year to date revenue vs. expenses.

There will be a Policy Sub Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 6:00PM. The meeting will be held in the Superintendent's Office, Town Hall. Items on the agenda include removing the Superintendent's title from the current policy and use of facilities.

Please be advised there will be a Curriculum Sub-Committee meeting on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 3:45pm. The meeting will be held in the Superintendent’s office, Town Hall, 2nd Floor.
